The Naivas Supermarket chain store has continued to stamp its authority as the food store that has provided reliable service to its customers wide and large and prides itself as the most available, trusted and affordable within the capital.
The latest branch which is said to be the biggest store is the newly opened one at the Greenspan Mall within Nairobi’s Eastlands area.

Speaking to the press on Friday during the opening ceremony, the Chief Commercial Officer of the Naivas Mr Willy Kimani projected that the newly opened branch will offer the much needed service to the residents of Nairobi’s Eastlands. He says the secret to the success of Naivas countrywide is their mantra where a store which does not work is shut down.

” It is not about just opening stores, it is about a store being profitable” Mr Kimani said.

Mr Kimani says it’s by working closely with suppliers that Naivas has registered great growth.

” …it’s a destination mall for destination shopping”, Mr Kimani added.
