Molo MP Kuria Kimani has decamped to Deputy President William Ruto’s United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party.

Kuria was officially welcomed by Ruto at his Karen home this morning in a move that continues to increase political realignments ahead of the August 9 polls.

According to photos shared by Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro on his Facebook account, the MP was also welcomed by Mathira MP Rigathi Gachagua.

“Karibu to UDA – Kazi ni Kazi Molo MP, Hon Kuria Kimani (KK). The Hustler Nation received Hon CPA KK Sunday Morning,” MP Nyoro posted.

The first-time MP is expected to defend his seat in the upcoming general election.

In November last year, Kimani joined Ruto during his tour of Nakuru County but did not announce his new political allegiance.
