Legislator in trouble after backing out on deal to rescue Waititu

Still on Waititu’s impeachment, another senator from Mt Kenya region may find himself in trouble after he failed to honour an earlier agreement with a political party that was lobbying to have the governor saved.

The senator is said to have switched off his phone and disappeared hours before the House voted, despite having been paid to rally his colleagues to save Waititu.
