A senior influential State official is reportedly bearing the brunt of the crackdown on corruption.

The war is said to have hit the  man so hard that he recently approached another big man in government  and requested him to “go slow” on some of his allies.

But the man stuck to his guns and even called one of the bosses of an investigative agency instructing him to take the war a notch higher.
