After a rebel group conducted a press conference in Nairobi, DR Congo and Kenya found themselves in a diplomatic tiff.

Uhuru’s statement is expected to draw more reactions from various circles.

The Ministry of Education announced the completion of High School selection by pupils who sat their Kenya Certificate of Primary Education this year.

Going by how the KCPE results attracted criticism, stakeholders and leaders are expected to react to or ask questions about the announcement of the selection process.

A case was filed with the courts by schools unsatisfied with the KCPE results to stop the selection, but the process went on nonetheless.

3. FIFA Club World Cup action

English and European champions Manchester City will take on Japanese side Urawa Reds in a match that will be played in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday.

This is a tricky fixture for the Citizens given that this trip is squeezed in between Premier League matches on December 16 and 27, more than 3,000 miles away.
