Water Cabinet Secretary (CS) Sicily Kariuki has lost her 20-year-old daughter at a Nairobi hospital.

Wendy Muthoni was a second-year law student at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology(JKUAT), Karen Campus.

President Uhuru Kenyatta sent his condolences to CS Kariuki’s family on Sunday evening through the State House Twitter handle.

Deputy President William Ruto condoled with the family of the CS.

“Our sympathies and prayers to the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation Sicily Kariuki following the death of her precious daughter Wendy Muthoni ‘Noni’,” said Ruto.
