Cohen murder: Wairimu to take part in autopsy examination

By , September 18, 2019

Sarah Wairimu, the wife of the murdered Dutch tycoon Tob Cohen, has obtained orders to personally take part in the autopsy examination of her late husband at Chiromo Mortuary.

Through her lawyer Philip Murgor, Wairimu successfully applied to be part of the family in identifying the body a day after she objected participation of government pathologist Dr Peter Ndegwa citing possible partiality.

“I am happy to announce that we have obtained orders before High Court judge justice Stella Mutuku for Sarah Cohen to be present in this exercise. I remain hopeful the exercise will be conducted today,” Murgor said.
