Bungoma activist ordered to produce children in court

A Bungoma political activist has been ordered to produce two minors he allegedly took forcibly from his former wife, Elizabeth Were, in court on Friday.

Children’s Court Magistrate Festus Terer directed Moses Nandalwe to bring the two children to court without fail for interprets hearing of the application filed by his former wife.

Were, a journalist, accuses the MP hopeful of kidnapping the minors on November 29 and taking them to his rural home in Sirisia constituency in Bungoma county.

Through lawyer Danstan Omari, Were wants the minors produced in court and a legal custody order be granted to her.
