Armed police impostors steal Sh72 million

Directorate of Criminal Investigations officers in Lang’ata are probing robbery involving Sh72 million by three armed police impostors who were on escort duties.

The runaway gunmen had two escort vehicles, one leading and another behind the cash transit vehicle by G4S employees.

They were to load the money at Nairobi West Shopping Center Standard Chartered ATM.

G4S Security manager Bernard Apidi among those questioned.
