Kakamega leaders promise to put aside political differences

The leaders promised to work together saying their political differences was having a negative impact on development.
Governor Fernandes Barasa, his Deputy Ayub Savula, Woman Representative Elsie Muhanda, Shinyalu MP Fred Ikana and a host of MCAs said they would not allow competition between Kenya Kwanza and Azimio coalitions to divide them. “We were all elected by the same people who expect service from all of us. We will, thus, work together to ensure we do not let them down,” said Barasa.
