He said, “Your resounding victories are a powerful reaffirmation of ODM’s unwavering dominance across the country.
The confidence that the electorate has placed in you is a strong endorsement of our party’s vision, values, and steadfast commitment to the people of Kenya.”
Osotsi, who also personally campaigned for ODM candidates, said yesterday’s triumphs carry a deeper meaning.
At the time, he affirmed that the victories for ODM candidates are a fitting honour to the legacy of their departed leader, Rt. Hon. Raila Amolo Odinga, whose lifelong dedication to justice, democracy, and good governance continues to inspire millions.
“These victories for our ODM candidates across the country are a pointer that Baba’s spirit remains alive in the hearts of Kenyans and within the Orange Movement,” said Osotsi.
He further added, “To our candidates, party structures, campaign teams, and the voters who stood firm with the Orange flag, ‘asante sana.’ Let us continue building a stronger, more united, and transformative ODM.”
Osotsi, who is also a Vihiga senator, assured the ODM family that the Orange wave remains unstoppable despite the death of Raila.
He said Raila left behind a strong team of energetic men and women who are able to navigate the party to greater political heights.
“The ODM wave remains unstoppable. Raila left behind energetic men and women who will move the party to greater heights,” said Osotsi.
Oburu Odinga’s remarks
On the other hand, the Orange Democratic Movement Party leader, Oburu Oginga, has joined party officials in congratulating the party’s newly elected Members of Parliament after their wins in the by-elections held on Thursday, November 28, 2025, across the country.
In a statement on his X page on Friday, November 28, 2025, Oburu, who has been conspicuously missing in the limelight, expressed his congratulations to Boyd Were, the MP-elect for Kasipul in Homa Bay County.
