𝐂𝐋𝐔𝐁 𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 Elly Wafula has been promoted to the AFC Leopards Senior Team from AFC Leopards Youth Team. The left-footed winger joins the senior side on a one-year contract. Feel at Home Elly,” the club announced.

Wafula’s promotion comes as AFC Leopards continues to strengthen its squad under head coach Tomas Trucha.

The club recently signed South Sudan national team captain Peter Maker Manyang Mabok, a 1994-born defender with 24 international caps.

Mabok has inked a two-year deal and brings experience from stints at Amarat United (South Sudan), Zesco United (Zambia), Radnicki Mitrovica (Serbia), and Al Dhara (UAE).

AFC Leopards have bolstered their squad with the acquisition of Julius Masaba from Kariobangi Sharks. Masaba, who had an impressive season, joins on a two-year contract.

Ingwe also raided FKF side Murang’a Seal to sign Samuel Semo, a former Mathare United player, on a two-year deal.

Furthermore, 23-year-old center-forward Sydney Lokale has joined Leopards on a one-year contract, having previously played for Kariobangi Sharks, HIFK (Finland), KCB FC, and FC Saint Eloi Lupopo (Congo).

AFC Leopards currently sit atop the FKF Premier League table after a commanding 4-0 victory over Mathare United at Dandora Stadium.

Arthur Gitego opened the scoring just three minutes into the game, followed by Boniface Munyendo’s stunning lob over Mathare’s goalkeeper to make it 2-0 in the 16th minute.

Despite Mathare’s attempts to respond, including a well-taken freekick that was superbly saved by Levis Opiyo, Leopards held firm.

AFC Leopards performance

A dazzling second-half performance saw Victor Omune score the third goal after a brilliant run from Hassan Beja, while new signing Sydney Lokale capped off the match with a debut goal, sealing the emphatic 4-0 win for Ingwe.\
