Ruto in Europe

President William Ruto has embarked on a two-day tour of Germany and France, with a focus on strengthening economic ties with both countries and the European Union.

The trip also includes advocating for a robust global consensus on climate action in anticipation of COP 28.

In Berlin, Germany, Ruto will participate in the Compact with Africa (CwA) high-level conference, initiated by Germany during its G20 Chair tenure. The visit to Germany aims to promote Kenya as an attractive investment destination.

During his time in France, Ruto is scheduled to address the European Parliament, where he will discuss various issues, including climate change, peace, and democracy.
