Ladies, rapper and singer Nyashinski (Nyamari Ongegu) is off the shelf! The Malaika hitmaker has reportedly held a traditional wedding with his long-time fiancee Zia Jepkemei Bett in Nandi.

The discreet wedding was attended by the couple’s close family members and friends. Among those in attendance were Sauti Sol’s Savara and Bien, Big Pin, Nameless and legendary talent manager Fakii Liwali. 

Nyashinski is said to have paid the dowry and fulfilling all the customary requirements, paving a way for the couple to live as husband and wife.

It is, however, not known whether the two will have a white wedding since they have kept their relationships under wraps for a long time. Zia owns a fashion label called Zia Collections.

In June 2018, Nyashinski came out to rubbish rumours that the two had parted way. He also denounced claims of having a baby mama.

He said: “Kuna rumours that I’m dating and that I have a baby mama, but when I get married, I’ll post it for everyone to see. I won’t keep it a secret.”
