Shabana reap big despite Kariobangi Sharks loss

Shabana FC, despite suffering a defeat and losing all the points in their match against Kariobangi Sharks, had a reason to be pleased with their gate collections.
Shabana, making their return to the top tier this season, hosted their third home match of the season at Raila Odinga Stadium in Homa Bay, drawing a crowd of 4,160 enthusiastic fans.

The club managed to collect Ksh 346,500 from the sale of VIP tickets priced at Ksh 300 each and an additional Ksh 300,500 from selling a total of 3,005 regular tickets, resulting in a total gate collection of Ksh 647,000.
“A total of 4160 tickets were sold. VIP 1,155 and Regular 3,005. Asante sana for all those who made it to Raila Odinga Stadium, Homabay for our match. It was great seeing the Stadium painted red and white. Looking forward to more of that from our wonderful fans,” the club announced.
Shabana winless
For the fourth time in a row this season, Shabana conceded a late goal as they stayed winless in the 2023/24 season.
Meanwhile this Sunday, Nairobi City Stars will face off against Nzoia Sugar FC at Ruaraka Grounds. In another exciting match, KCB FC will take on Bandari FC at Kasarani Main Stadium.
Ulinzi Stars will go head-to-head with Sofapaka at the Ulinzi Sports Complex, with both teams seeking their first win of the season to make a statement in the league.
Murang’a Seal will challenge league leaders Posta Rangers FC at St. Sebastian Park, while Kakamega Homeboyz will clash with the formidable Gor Mahia at Bukhungu Stadium.
Kakamega Homeboyz aim for their second win of the season, while Gor Mahia strives to maintain their strong position in the league.
