As Mary Moraa winds up her second full season as a two-lap runner, she shares the importance of picking form at the right time.

Moraa, who won silver at the 2017 World Under 18 Championships in Nairobi noted that with her current form she can do something special at the World Athletics Championships.

“I am one athlete who responds well to criticism,” she said while subtly referring to the April National championships where she fared poorly and hugely criticized for that.

“Fans sometimes say very mean words, but I use that to push myself. They rank me highly thus the huge expectations wherever I compete,” she said.
