Firat names Harambee Stars starting squad for Qatar match

Harambee Stars coach Engin Firat has announced his starting squad for the match against Qatar scheduled for set to be played on Thursday, September 7, 2023, at the Al Janoub Stadium starting at 6.15 pm EAT.

The coach has entrusted Bryne Odhiambo with goalkeeping duties while Eric Ouma and Daniel Anyembe are set to be fullbacks.

The central defence is set to have European-based duo Johnstone Omurwa and Joseph Okumu.

In the midfield, the coach has picked Richard Odada, Kenneth Muguna and Anthony Okumu. Masoud Juma, Elvis Rupia and Michael Olunga lead the attack.

The match, shall be Stars’ fourth international friendly this year since Kenya’s return to international football.
