With the rise in popularity of beach soccer in coastal nations, the 2025 CECAFA edition offered participating countries a chance to build competitive squads and raise the sport’s profile.

The FKF Kwale Beach Soccer League launched its new title sponsor, a coconut products company, on Saturday, May 11, 2025, at Kongo Beaches in Diani.
