Shock as coffin dumped at ex-LSK chair home
People Daily
Travellers arrested in Homa Bay after sneaking from Nairobi disguised as mourners

Residents of Angorom ward in Teso South  got a rude shock yesterday when a coffin was found in the compound of a former Law Society of Kenya (LSK) chairman Kenneth Akide.

Speaking to the press at his home,  workers said inside the coffin was a  letter demanding that Akide gives Sh1 million or he moves out.

One of the workers Fred Adenyo said he was called by an assistant chief  and told to go to the home and on reaching there, they were shocked to find a baby’s coffin.

Efforts to get a comment from Akide were fruitless.
