Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi has pointed out what world leaders expect from Donald Trump’s presidency.

Trump is returning to the White House after beating his Democratic Party rival Kamala Harris in an election process that culminated on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. Trump has garnered 279 electoral votes compared to Harris’ 223, which means the president-elect is marginally above the 270 threshold required to be declared a winner.

Mudavadi, in his congratulatory message, pointed out what key issues the world leaders would like to work with Trump on.

“Congratulations to President-elect Donald Trump on your historic return to office, securing a second non-consecutive term as President of the United States. This election has been a testament to the resilience of democratic values, with Americans making their voices resoundingly heard.

“As you prepare to assume leadership, leaders worldwide anticipate the opportunity to work together once more in addressing global challenges and advancing a brighter future for all,” Mudavadi said in a post on his X handle, posted on Wednesday, November 6, 2024.
