Meanwhile, discussions on Ruto's signing of the Appropriation Bill 2024, after rejecting the Finance Bill, will dominate the airwaves.

FKF National Super League (NSL)

The National Super League (NSL) is heading into its final matchday on Saturday, June 29, 2024, with 10 games set to be played nationwide. As the battle for league safety and promotion playoff spots heats up, Naivas and Nairobi United both have a shot at reaching the promotion playoffs, while Mombasa Elite and Kajiado FC are fighting to secure their places in the NSL for next season.

Naivas FC, who are vying for a promotion spot via the playoffs, secured a 1-0 victory against Gusii FC on matchday 37. However, they are still feeling the heat from Nairobi United, who also won 1-0 against Migori FC. With just one point separating Naivas, in third place, and Nairobi United, in fourth, Naivas must win their next game to guarantee a playoff spot.

Naivas will face a challenging match against SS Assad, who will have the advantage of playing at home in Ukunda. Meanwhile, Nairobi United will take on the bottom-placed Silibwet Lions at the Silibwet Green Stadium.
