Here is what you need to know in order to get up to speed with today’s happenings.

Kisumu Tourism Week

The Kisumu Tourism Week will enter its second day today, Sunday, September 24, 2023, with the major event of the day being the Run for Kisumu Greening Initiative.

Other activities to be undertaken during the tourism week include tree planting under the city greening initiative, clean-up activities, conferences, exhibitions and entertainment.

KPL

Kenya Premier League (KPL) will today witness five matches.

Murang’a SEAl will face Posta Rangers while KCB will lock horns with Bandari FC. Kakamega Homeboyz will square it out with Gor Mahia while Ulinzi Stars will face Sofapaka.

In the final match of the day, Nairobi City Stars will seek to wrestle three points from Nzoia Sugar.

EPL

Five matches will today be played in the English Premier League (EPL) with the biggest match being between Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspurs.

Chelsea will face Aston Villa at Stamford Bridge while Liverpool will square it out with West Ham.

Brighton will play against Bournemouth while Sheffield United will close the sixth round of EPL matches against Newcastle.
