International Country Music Day
International Country Music Day was established in the 1950s and is held each year on September 17.
On this day, country music festivals are held at various venues around the world. Lovers of country music gather to listen to live music acts while drinking and dancing.
Ruto’s international trip
President William Ruto left the country on Wednesday night for key meetings in the United States (US).
So far, Ruto has met representatives from several American companies such as Grammy Global Venture, Invention Studios, Starlink, Apple, Intel and Microsoft among others,
Later in the week, the President is expected to participate in the UN Secretary-General’s Climate Ambition Summit.
EPL
There will be little action in the English Premier League (EPL) on Sunday as Bournemouth takes on limping Chelsea while Nottingham Forests hosts Burnley.
KPL
The Kenya Premier League (KPL) will be fully packed with action on Sunday as Sofapaka take on Posta Rangers, Talanta wrestles with Murang’a SEAL and Gor Mahia weighs themselves against Nairobi City Stars.
