Raila Odinga addresses Kenyans over COVID-19 (video)

Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader Raila Odinga has spoken to Kenyans over the coronavirus pandemic.
On top of the other directives issued by the Ministry of Health, Raila has urged Kenyans to completely refrain from shaking hands.
