“Following a deliberative meeting of UDA ‘s National Steering Committee chaired by the party leader, President William Ruto, the party has resolved to postpone the scheduled December 9th elections to 12th, 19th and 26th April respectively,” Malala said.

CS Malala stated that the elections will be held at the polling centres, wards, constituencies, and county levels per the party’s constitution.

The vocal politician also urged interested candidates to ensure that they were life members before assuming office.

The postponement of the exercise has confused the party members who have raised concerns over the lack of preparations.
