KCB boss joins top UN finance council

KCB Group chief executive ofiicer Paul Russo (above) has been appointed to serve on the United Nations Environment Programme Finance (UNEP-FI) Leadership Council.

The council brings together global CEOs and chairpersons of institutions who have been elected to serve on its Global Steering Committee, the board of Principles for Responsible Banking or the board of Principles for Sustainable Insurance.

Russo’s appointment underpins the bank’s commitment to accelerate and facilitate financing, and comes on the eve of UN COP 27 discussions.
