Kalonzo reveals details of meeting with Cypriot High Commissioner Vladimirou
By Achieng' Mary, March 5, 2025Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has revealed details of talks between him and the High Commissioner of Cyprus to Kenya Savvas Vladimirou in Nairobi on Wednesday, March 5, 2025.
In a statement, Kalonzo detailed that their talks focused on fostering links between Kenya and Cyprus through promoting cultural exchanges and streamlining trade agreements.

“When I served as Honorary Consul of Cyprus, I enjoyed fostering links between our two countries by promoting cultural exchanges and streamlining trade agreements,” he said via his official X account.

Expressing optimism on the engagement, the Wiper leader noted his anticipation to future engagements aimed at making Nairobi the natural hub for connecting Africa to the rest of the world.

“I look forward to future engagements as we pursue our idea and vision of making Nairobi the natural hub for connecting Africa to the rest of the globe,” he added.
Sifuna meets Dillard
The latest comes hours after Nairobi Senator met Chargé d’Affaires Marc Dillard at the U.S embassy in Nairobi.
During the meeting, the two discussed the US-Kenya partnership and plans to build and strengthen economic ties between the two countries.
“Delighted to received @edwinsifuna to discuss the robust U.S.-Kenya partnership, including what we are doing together to build a strong creative economy that benefits both the United States and Kenya,” the statement reads in parts.
