Court nullifies election of Gatundu North MP Wanjiku Kibe

The court on Wednesday nullified the election of the Gatundu North Member of Parliament(MP) Anne Wanjiku Kibe.

High Court judge Weldon Korir said the election of Kibe violated the law and directed the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) to conduct fresh poll in the constituency

The judge also directed the Deputy Registrar to forward the ruling to the speaker of the National Assembly for appropriate action.
