GPO Huduma Center reopens, but you need an appointment to be served

Huduma Kenya has announced the reopening of the Huduma Center GPO office on Monday, August 17, but services will be offered only through an appointment.

In a statement by Huduma Kenya Secretariat on Saturday, the State Department for Public Service said Huduma Center GPO will be reopened on Monday.

To minimize the traffic of people and to reduce queuing time, Huduma Kenya said services shall be offered through appointment.

“Starting Monday 17th August 2020, you will be required to book appointment and follow the steps on how to book an appointment for the desired services,” said Huduma Kenya Secretariat.

Huduma Kenya said service by appointment is only for its GPO office in Nairobi. Clients were directed to visit Huduma Kenya website to book appointments.
