COVID-19: Kenya confirms 7 new cases

Kenya has confirmed seven new cases of coronavirus, Chief Administrative Secretary Mercy Mwangangi announced on Wednesday.
This brings the total number of COVID-19 cases in the country to 179.
All the new cases are Kenyans with four of them having travel history.
“All the seven have been moved to isolation centres and contact tracing has begun,” CAS said.
Four of them were in quarantine facilities.
The Covid-19 disease has killed at least 83,335 people worldwide and 308,964 have recovered.
There are currently 1,446,265 total cases globally.
On Wednesday, Wuhan City in China where the outbreak began, ended 11-week lockdown signalling a possible containment of the disease globally.
