CBC reforms team to begin public participation sessions

By , October 17, 2022

The Presidential Working Party on Education Reforms (PWPER) is expected to visit all the 47 counties for public participation sessions. PWPER chair Raphael Munavu said they will inform the public on how they will engage them.

“We will issue a call for public views and we will also share a stakeholder engagement programme for submissions that will inform the working party in the execution of its mandate, which will be done next week. We want to assure the working party plans to visit all counties to collect views,” said Prof Munavu.

Last week, the 49-member team conducted a three-day orientation, with Munavu urging them to be objective while listening to views of Kenyans. He also said the team will consult reports of previous teams as well as policy papers by various agencies.
