Kileleshwa MCA Robert Alai offers 50 career opportunities to form four leavers

In an etch to empower the youth in his constituency, Kileleshwa Member of County Assembly (MCA), Robert Alai, has unveiled a plan to train 50 young individuals in plumbing and electrical skills.
This initiative, aimed at fostering skill development and creating opportunities for the youth, was announced via his social media account X, formerly Twitter.
“I am looking for 50 young people between the ages of 18 and 30 who have finished secondary school and are interested in Plumbing or Electrical skills. You will be trained for a period of 2 years and also paid a monthly living stipend while on training,” Alai stated.
Prospective candidates are required to meet specific criteria in order to be considered for this unique training opportunity.
They must be aged between 18 and 30 and have successfully completed their secondary education. Moreover, this initiative is primarily intended for residents of the Kileleshwa area.
Applicants are instructed to scan, rather than photograph, the following documents and send them to the designated email address, mca@kileleshwa.go.ke, by the 20th of September to be considered

Alai emphasized the importance of adhering to the deadline noting that any documents sent after the stipulated time, will not be considered.
“Any document sent after 20th September will be late,” he wrote.
Additionally, applicants are advised to send a copy of their documents to office@kileleshwa.go.ke to ensure their applications are received.
In his announcement, the MCA also urged potential candidates not to submit their documents via WhatsApp, emphasizing that chances are limited for this unique training opportunity.
