Patrick from Kisumu-based Sash Aquatics Swim Club won the boys’ 100m individual medley in the 7-year-old category. Tenisha Belle of Swiftkids Swim Club finished first in the girls’ 100m 7-year-old category individual medley.
Other 100m individual medley winners during the World Aquatics Day celebrations and games extravaganza held at Kisumu City’s Jamhuri Victoria Park were Kadede Nathan of Swimfit Classic Club, Tamara Joy (Swiftkids Swim Club), and Jamal Verano (Sash Aquatics Club) in the 8-year-old categories, while Camelle Kyler bagged the individual medley in the 10-year-old category.
