The Limuru 3 political conference organizers have presented the event's report to Azimio la Umoja-One Kenya coalition party leader Raila Odinga.
The meeting conveners on Thursday, June 6, 2024, met Raila at the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) headquarters at Chungwa House in Kilimani, Nairobi.
Limuru 3 report
Raila in a statement via his official X account said that the officials had given him a full status report of the event's discussions and resolutions.
"I met with the Limuru 3 conference organizers. They gave a full status report of the event's significant discussions and resolutions," Raila said.
The Limuru 3 meeting organizers were led to the Chungwa House by Jubilee Party Secretary General Jeremiah Kioni and former Laikipia Governor Nderitu Muriithi.
The former Prime Minister who is now eyeing the African Union Commission (AUC) chairmanship further said he committed to continue working together with the leaders for the benefit of Kenya.
35% revenue share
According to Raila, the deliberations of his meeting with the Limuru 3 organizers will eventually help bridge gaps and enhance devolution in Kenya.
Raila also reiterated his push for the 35% revenue share for counties.
"We committed to continue working together to benefit Kenya and all Kenyans. I believe these deliberations will eventually help bridge gaps and enhance devolution in this country. 35% revenue share for counties is still our minimum," the former premier said.

One man One Vote One shilling push
ODM in a statement via X said Raila had assured the Limuru 3 conference conveners of his support for the 'one man, one shilling' push.
"Party Leader Raila Odinga at Chungwa Hse received the report of the Limuru 3 Conference from the Conveners of the event led by Jubilee Party SG Jeremiah Kioni, former Laikipia Gvn Nderitu Muriithi and Peter Ndumia. He supported calls for 1 man 1 vote 1 shilling," ODM said.
The Orange party further noted that Raila had said the debate around the one man one shilling push had escalated nationally and no one should be gagged.
"Raila said the debate surrounding calls for 1 man 1 vote 1 shilling needs to be escalated nationally saying people should not be gagged on this topic. He said money needs to follow services and that’s why in the BBI there was this talk but some people opposed it," ODM added.
