OKA reportedly fails to agree on criteria of picking flag bearer

By , January 14, 2022

One Kenya Alliance (OKA) principals have failed to agree on the criteria to use in picking their flag bearer ahead of the fast-approaching general elections.

Prior to the Elementaita meeting, the technical committee was on a 3-day retreat and had been tasked with drafting criteria for choosing the preferred presidential candidate and coming up with a structure for the OKA team.

Reports have indicated that the committee is said to have come up with a report placing Kalonzo at the top with Amani National Congress (ANC) Musalia Mudavadi as the running mate.

The reports come moments after Mudavadi wrote a post on his social media pages suggesting that things might not be okay within OKA.

“There’s a storm coming!WHO CAN YOU TRUST?” He posted.
