Wiper movement party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has asserted that One Kenya Alliance (OKA) will not join forces with leaders accused of public theft.

In an interview with a local station, the former Vice President said that OKA is against any form of corruption and will wipe out corrupt officials if they ascend to power in 2022.

“Our cardinal principle as OKA and Wiper is the fight against stealing from Kenyans and all other forms of corruption because Kenyans have lost faith in anybody talking about graft,” Kalonzo said.

The OKA principal poured cold water on the possibility of working with Deputy President William Ruto in next year’s polls.

“It is very difficult for some of us to work with the hustler nation. If they win the next elections, which I highly doubt, then we will talk from there,” he added.

Kalonzo further said that the OKA team is however open to discussions with like-minded leaders with a view of crafting a coalition ahead of the 2022 presidential elections.

“If anyone wants us to form the next government and are open for any talks that can form a coalition, then we can discuss,” Kalonzo said.

The OKA coalition is expected to announce its flag bearer in January as Kenyans gear up for the August polls.
