Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has expressed his admiration for the unwavering spirit and resilience of Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.

Kalonzo while speaking during the consecration of Kameme FM presenter Bishop Ben Kiengei, commended Rigathi for his steadfast determination and perseverance in fighting for the region's interests.

Additionally, Kalonzo shared that it was the first time he had sat near Rigathi and sought to acknowledge and encourage him to fight on even when in doubt.

“Truth be told, this is the first time I have sat next to Rigathi, But I admire your spirit and ability to fight. Sasa karibu kwa club ya watu ambao wanaujasiri...nakuomba ukuwe na ujasiri kwasababu ya kenya, Ujasiri kwa sababu ya mlima Kenya, and if you have any doubts remember the psalmist King David,” Kalonzo noted.

Additionally, Kalonzo told the congregants and leaders present in the ceremony to stop living in fear, noting that the 2010 constitution allowed people to live freely without being intimidated.

“I want to say Wakenya wasiuziwe uongo na uoga that is gone. Wakati tulipitisha constitution 2010 ya Kenya chini, hiyo ndio ilikuwa mwisho wa uoga huku Kenya,” Kalonzo added.

The Wiper leader also took a moment to congratulate Bishop Kiengei on the remarkable growth of his church since the last time he visited. He praised the bishop for his steadfast leadership and the progress he has achieved in nurturing and expanding his congregation.

“Sio mara yangu ya kwanza kukuja hapa, tulikuja hapa and I didn't know you were moving with such speed, nilkuwa nikikuja nikidhani ni mahali tulikuwacha we can see God's goodness and his provision,” Kalonzo noted.

Kiengei's appreciation
