Kenya has confirmed 22 new cases of coronavirus, Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe announced on Wednesday.

Of the 22, 18 are Kenyans, two Cameroonians and two from Pakistan.

The 22 cases are drawn from over 300 people tested in the past 24 hours.

“We cannot emphasize enough what is likely to be ahead of us unless we adhere to the guidelines,” Kagwe said.
