Police officer who allegedly shot and killed a bodaboda rider at the Mama Lucy Kibaki on February 18 has been charged with murder.
Zadock Ochuka Oyieka, appeared before high Court judge Stella Mutuku on Thursday and denied the charge.
Prosecution intends to call 22 witnesses in the case.
He has been remanded at Industrial Area prison pending his bail application.
His lawyer says he has been in custody from February 20.
