The Kenya Association of Manufacturers (KAM) has appointed Tobias Alando as the Acting Chief Executive Officer.

The appointment took effect from July 1, 2022, following the exit of Ms Phyllis Wakiaga on June 30, 2022, who left to “pursue a new professional challenge”.

“The advertised recruitment of the CEO is making good progress and the Board is hopeful of making a full-time appointment in the coming weeks. Our focus remains on efficient service delivery to you and advocating for an enabling environment for a competitive manufacturing sector,” Mr Kunyiha said.
