Body of person believed to be Tob Cohen found in septic tank

Police on Friday, September 13, retrieved a body from a septic tank within the homestead of missing Dutch millionaire, Tob Cohen, in Spring Valley, Nairobi.

State prosecutor, Solomon Naulikha, confirmed the incident to PD Digital.

The body was found wrapped in a blanket and dumped inside the septic tank in his compound.

As at the time of going to press, police were yet to unwrap the textile material to confirm the identity of the deceased through his or her physical features.

Philip Murgor, the lawyer of Tob Cohen’s wife, Sarah Wairimu Kamotho, was present when police and DCI detectives made the discovery.

Murgor also confirmed the incident to PD Digital.

Cohen’s wife, who is the prime suspect in the alleged murder, is in police custody.

Cohen went missing on July 19, 2019.
