Sarah Wairimu, the main suspect in the Tod Cohen’s murder case, will take plea on September 26, the High Court has ruled.

Justice Jessie Lessit said Wairimu will have to be taken for mental assessment before she pleads to the murder charges.

Justice Lessit in her ruling, barred the DCI, DPP, victims and the defence team from addressing the media on the ongoing investigations relating to Cohen’s murder.

The media has also been barred from reporting on the investigations.
