Police in Kisii are holding a man who allegedly killed his elder brother after finding him making love with their biological mother.

The suspect, Brian Omuko, locally known as Jeremiah is said to have hit his elder brother Benard Omuko with a sharp object on his head killing him instantly.

According to the report filed at Kisii Police Station on Monday, Brian, 35, went to his mother’s house on Sunday night and found the brother and the mother inside the bedroom in the act.

“The police visited the scene and established that the accused person went to his mother’s house yesterday [Monday, March 10, 2020] at night at around 23.00hrs and found the deceased aged 35 years inside having sex with his biological mother aged 55 years,” the police report said.

The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) sleuths arrested the suspect and are now holding him at Kisii Police Station.

Kegati Two Location Chief Alexander Nyakinyua confirmed Brian’s arrest adding that he will be arraigned to face murder charges.

“We tracked down the suspect yesterday morning and held him at Kisii Pilice Station as he awaits to be arraigned,” Nyakinyua told People Daily Digital.

The deceased’s body was moved to Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital morgue for postmortem.
