FKF Premier League side AFC Leopards made four signings during the recently concluded mid-season transfer window.

Leopards acquired Kelly Okonji from Mathare Flames Sportive after a contentious ownership dispute between the club and Green Commandos

AFC Leopards new faces

Kennedy Odhiambo, a defender who played a pivotal role in Posta Rangers’ first-leg performance, joined the team while Christopher Koloti was also brought in from Green Commandos to bolster the frontline.

AFC Leopards also secured the services of Rwandese forward Arthur Gitego from Marines FC. To accommodate these new signings, three players departed from the club.

On the other hand, Bandari FC were active in the transfer market, acquiring Francis Kahiro and Kenyan International Byrne Omondi from KCB FC.

Mohamed Barasa on the other hand made the switch from Nzoia Sugar to Bandari. From lower-tier teams, Bandari recruited Hamisi Hassan Mwaphalu (Ashaton Rangers FC), David Sakwa (Kiminini Combined EC), Abdulrahaman Mwinyi (Mombasa Elite FC), and Ali Said (Omax FC). Six players left Bandari to make room for these new signings.

Meanwhile, FC Talanta made significant moves by signing seven players from the lower tiers. These signings include Larry Odhiambo, Robert Ouma, Brian Maingi, Joshua Amunike, Brian Kipruto, Levis Kirui, and Nicholas Malora.
