Police in Nakuru on Monday November 25 arrested a woman accused of killing her son.

The 22-year-old Cynthia Chepkorir is suspected to have killed her 4-year-old son and dumped the body into a pond.

According to a statement by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), Cynthia committed the crime after a quarrel with her parents.

“Cynthia Chepkorir is suspected to have murdered the baby on 24th Nov. 2019 and threw the body into a pond following a quarrel with her parents,” reads the statement.

The suspect will be arraigned in court today, November 26.
