BlackStars to seek fourth straight win as Mara host Silibwet
Kibera BlackStars FC are keen to step on the gas ah with no win in three matches. The team that joined the league taking the place of now defunct Kisumu United will be attempting to take heed of home ground advantage
Black Stars are therefore not expected to lag anywhere. The team under sponsorship from Oil Distributors Rubis will want to go all out in the match to pick full points.
“We expect a good match and just because Muhoroni Youth are a bit lower does not necessarily mean we will underrate them. They certainly will be a hard nut to crack because they will be at home.
My players know what to expect and therefore we are going for a win,”said Odipo earlier in the week.
Meanwhile newcomers Mara Sugar FC who are bottom placed in the standings, have a mountain to climb as they face off with seventh placed Silibwet Leon’s FC at Kericho Green Stadium.
The sugar-men who were promoted from the Football Kenya Federation- Division One as winners, have found the going tough but it is still early days in the competition. However, against Leons, the team from Narok County will have to be at their best.
